The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director, Surveys and Mapping Division

Job Purpose

To establish and maintain the legal boundaries of all government administrative areas within the provisions of the Land Surveyors Act to support the Land Registration System and the preparation of a comprehensive cadastral map of the island.

Assistant Surveyor

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Surveyor

Job Purpose

Assist with the execution of Cadastral Surveys (i.e. Single parcel surveys and Subdivision Surveys), Topographic Surveys, Surveyors Identification Reports and Statutory Declarations and the production of cadastral and topographic plans.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

Surveyor (Cadastral Surveys)

The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Topographic and Hydrographic Surveys

Job Purpose

To provide high quality maps, aerial photo products, photographic prints and survey plans for the Agency and customers

Chief Field Assistant

The successful candidate will report to Assistant Surveyors

Job Purpose

To support the efficient execution of the various types of survey projects undertaken by survey teams.

The successful candidate will report to Surveyors, Chief Feild Assistants, Assistant Surveyors.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

Assistant Surveyor

The successful candidate will report to the Snr. Surveyor (Geodetic)/Snr. Hydrographic Surveyor, as assigned.

Job Purpose

Assist with the execution of surveys for establishment and maintenance of the Geodetic Control Network and the production of topographic plans and hydrographic smooth sheets.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

Plan Examiner

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Chief Examiner

Job Purpose

To ensure that the Land Surveyors Act and Regulations and the relevant sections of the Land Titles Act are adhered to, in the processing of plans to be annexed to Certificates of Title.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

Senior Plan Examiner

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Chief Plan Examiner.

Job Purpose

To ensure that the Land Surveyors Act and Regulations and the relevant sections of the Registration of Titles Act are adhered to in the processing of plans to be annexed to Certificates of Title.
